What do you do?

It’s common. One of the first questions people often ask when they meet you is: “What do you do?” For people with developmental disabilities, it’s a tough question to answer when the vast majority are out of work.

But Mike’s answer for the past five years has been different. He works at an architecture firm downtown Cincinnati, and says that he has grown personally, opened up more, and has built a sense of “family” at his workplace. Watch his video below!
